- 1 cup Plain Flour/ 1 cup Rolled Oats/ I cup Dessicated Coconut/ 3/4 cup Caster Sugar/ 175g Melted Butter/ 2 Tbsp Honey
- Preheat the oven to 180 C. Prepare a biscuit tray and line with greaseproof paper/ baking paper.
- Combine all the ingredients into a mixing bowl. Roll a tablespoon of the dough, until all finished, onto the tray.
- Bake until golden brown. After cooled, keep stored in a air tight biscuit. Biscuits can keep up to 5 days.
