Peach Cheese Tart

Ingredients
250g Cream Cheese, at room temperature
50g Caster sugar (be liberal when it comes to something sweet)
250ml Thickened Cream (needs to be whipped to medium peaks)
60ml Reduced fat Milk
¼ tsp Vanilla imitation
Canned Peaches for garnishing

Method
1. Beat the cream cheese with the sugar till well combined, or till no lumps remain.
2. Add milk and vanilla. Combine well.
3. Beat the thickened cream till medium peaks. Then fold in with cheese mixture.
4. Scoop into piping bag with choice of nozzle, and pipe away.
